Thomas Perry is an entrepreneur–operator and co-founder of VG Systems. He launched his first venture at 12 and, at 23, founded TACT Financial—where he honed a passion for data, systems, and execution. An expert in Project & Portfolio Management (PMP, Security+, MCP), he leads with a learn-by-doing ethos.

Jefferson Miner, co-founder of VG Systems, blends a computer science foundation with project-management discipline to turn complex puzzles into clear, repeatable systems. A builder by instinct, he learns fast—then improves—designing solutions and iterating until they’re simpler, faster, and more reliable.
